Who we serve

Everyone is welcome at our pharmacy counter. Our charitable medication program focuses on people who are:

  • Uninsured

No health insurance or prescription coverage.

  • Underinsured

Coverage that still leaves medicine out of reach.

  • Medically underserved

Facing barriers to care, cost, or navigation.

How it works

Four simple steps, from your first call to medicine in your hands.

  1. Reach out

Call us or walk in. Tell us which medicines you need and what is making them hard to get.

  2. A quick health and access check

A pharmacist sits down with you to understand your prescriptions, your costs, and any other barriers to care.

  3. We find the best path

That might be a lower-cost option, a patient-assistance program, our charitable medication program, or a referral to care.

  4. We follow up

We check back to make sure you received your medicine and that the plan is working. If it is not, we adjust it.

What to bring

Bring what you have. If something is missing, come anyway. We will tell you if a specific program needs anything else.

  • Your prescriptions, or the bottles of the medicines you take
  • Your insurance card, if you have one
  • A photo ID
  • A list of any other medicines, vitamins, or supplements you use

Common questions

Do I need insurance to use Home Pharmacy?
No. We are a full-service pharmacy for everyone, insured or not. Our charitable medication program is designed for people who are uninsured or underinsured.
Are the medicines free?
It depends on your situation. Eligible uninsured and underinsured patients may receive assistance through our charitable medication program, subject to program requirements and medication availability. When that is not the right fit, we look for the lowest-cost option and any savings or assistance programs you qualify for.
How do I know if I qualify?
The fastest way is to call us at 407-636-0929. We are finalizing the published eligibility guidelines for the charitable program, and a pharmacist can walk you through them today.
Can I transfer my prescriptions to Home Pharmacy?
Yes. Tell us where your prescriptions are now and we will take care of the transfer for you.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Your health information is protected and only used to care for you, as required by federal privacy law.
What if you do not have my medication?
Call ahead and ask. If a medicine is not available through our program, we will help you find another affordable way to get it.
