Getting help is simple

Plain answers to the questions we hear most. Anything else, just call.

How do I get started?
Call us or walk in and tell us what you take and what it costs. A pharmacist will look at your options with you, then follow up to make sure the plan works.
Do I need insurance?
No. We are a full-service pharmacy for everyone, insured or not. Our charitable medication program is designed for people who are uninsured or underinsured.
Are the medicines free?
It depends on your situation. Eligible patients may receive assistance through our charitable program, subject to program requirements and medication availability. Otherwise we find the lowest-cost option and any savings you qualify for.
Can I transfer my prescriptions?
Yes. Tell us where your prescriptions are now and we will take care of the transfer for you.
